Visiting a Turkish bath is a true ceremony of renewal for body and soul.
First, you warm up thoroughly in the sauna and steam room to open your pores and let your skin breathe. Next comes the marble hall of the hammam, where professional attendants scrub away dead skin cells using a traditional kese glove. Then they wash off the residue with a gentle, foamy massage that feels like being wrapped in a soft cloud.
After this stage, you’ll understand what it means to feel reborn!
At your disposal is also a cool plunge pool – perfect for a refreshing dip after the heat.
If you wish to continue beyond the standard hammam, an excellent professional oil massage awaits you.
Please note: our hammam meets the strictest hygiene standards and holds all necessary sanitary certificates.
- The Turkish bath is the most moisture‑rich type of bath in the world.
- Humidity in a hammam: 80–100%.
- Air temperature: only 40–45°C (in a Russian banya it can reach 90–100°C). This gentle heat makes the experience comfortable and easy.
- The characteristic domed ceilings are not accidental – they allow condensation drops to slide down onto the hot marble floor and evaporate quickly. This creates a continuous water cycle inside each hammam.
- After the procedures, it’s traditional to return to normal temperature step by step: first rinse with warm (not hot!) water from special marble basins, then plunge into the cool pool. This ensures a gradual transition from the hammam’s heat to the relaxation room.
- Every hammam has a relaxation room – a special space where guests rest after the bath and drink healing herbal teas, enhancing the detox effect.
- Deep cleansing and accelerated skin regeneration
- Rejuvenating and firming effect
- Improved metabolism and toxin elimination
- Reduction of salt deposits
- Calming effect on the nervous system – better sleep and mood
- Muscle tension relief (especially valuable for regular athletes!)
- Improved blood microcirculation, reduced congestion in all organs
- Overall immune boost and relief from chronic colds
The best time for a hammam visit is at the beginning of your holiday (ideally before intensive sunbathing!).
Why? Because after hammam procedures, your renewed skin tans more easily – so your tan will be more even and last about 2–3 weeks longer than usual.
